Amy Hadley Bio

I've lived in Kearney since 2007. My husband, Levi, is also a teacher, and we have two grown children who attended Kearney Public Schools. After graduating from UNK with my education degree, I began my teaching career in Lexington in 2013, where I taught 8th grade English for 4 years. In 2017, I began teaching 6th grade at Sunrise Middle School, and in 2021, I made the move back to 8th grade. 

 

In my free time, I love to care for my houseplants and my garden. My cats also love to follow me around to make sure the plants are all OK! I enjoy painting and paper crafting and all things creative.
