Welcome to team 7-3 at Sunrise Middle School! I am so excited to get to you and your parents this year! We have a year full of fun and learning of ahead! Here's a little about me...

 

I have been teaching 7th grade math and reading at Sunrise since 2012. I have a degree in communications from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa and a middle level education degree from UNK.  I also earned my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University, graduating in May 2019.

 

My husband and I live in Overton, Nebraska. We welcomed our our first daughter in March 2020. We enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and playing card games.
