Sunrise Information

LEAVING SMS DURING THE SCHOOL DAY
If your child needs to leave school for an appointment or other pre-planned absence, please send a note along with your child. The note should be brought to the office so we can give your child a pass to leave class at that time. This will eliminate calling into the classroom and interrupting class when the time comes for them to leave. When you arrive to pick them up, please come into the office and sign your child out. Upon returning, your child must go to the office and sign back in and receive a pass to get back into class. If your child will be leaving with someone other than yourself, please state on the note who will be picking them up.

MEDICATION REMINDER
ALL over-the-counter and prescription medication taken at school must have the school form completed by a parent/guardian before the medication can be given.  Medication must be in the original container. Notes from parents will not be accepted in place of the school form.
